Lylan Mesada

I began my career in construction as an estimator and civil/site engineer, where I developed a strong foundation in project budgeting and cost analysis. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of the intricacies of construction processes. I then transitioned to a technical consultant role, specialising in material selection, quantifying, and application for various construction projects. This position developed my ability to solve technical challenges and ensure optimal material usage, enhancing overall project efficiency.

After relocating to the UAE, I shifted my focus to wayfinding design, leveraging my engineering background to create effective navigation systems. This unique blend of technical expertise and management skills enables me to develop solutions that improve user experiences across different environments. At Endpoint, I work to enhance how people interact with their surroundings through thoughtful application and innovation.

Outside of work, I have a passion for photography, capturing moments that inspire me. I also enjoy watching movies, reading, cooking, listening to music, visiting museums, and exploring new hobbies.
