Celebrating 25 Years of Wayfinding Excellence at Endpoint

Co-founded in 1999 by two industrial design graduates from Brunel University – Gideon Wilkinson and Paul Veness – Endpoint has grown from a tiny, two-desk office in Soho, London, to the wayfinding partner of choice for leading architects and property developers around the world.

Commemorating our 25th year, we hosted a special company-wide event in Dubai, bringing together over 55 team members from our London, Dubai, and Singapore studios for the first time. The celebration featured a range of workshops (client, creative, and technical), a team-building activity, and an exclusive dinner under the stars with entertainment. This unforgettable event was a true milestone, fostering connection and collaboration across our global teams.

Reflecting on this milestone, Endpoint Co-founder and Managing Director, Gideon Wilkinson, said, “We’re incredibly proud of our 25-year legacy. This milestone would not be possible without the trust of our clients, the support of our collaborators, and our team members, both past and present. We look forward to building on this foundation and driving future innovations in wayfinding.”

Operations Director and Co-founder Paul Veness added, "Looking back on 25 years in business, I'm incredibly proud of what we've built together. We started with a vision to deliver excellence in our field, and through our team's dedication and our clients' trust, we've grown beyond what we initially imagined. While technology and business practices have evolved dramatically since we began, our core values and commitment to quality have remained constant. We're excited to continue serving our clients with the same passion that drove us on day one."

Poised for the next exciting chapter in our wayfinding journey, we would like to extend a warm thanks to all our clients and collaborators for helping to make the past 25 years such a huge success. Here’s to the next 25 years!
