Endpoint welcomes George Fisher as a Technical Design Intern

We are delighted to welcome George Fisher as our new Technical Design Intern for the year. A current student at Loughborough University, George is pursuing a degree in Design and is eager to apply his knowledge and skills during his placement year with Endpoint.

George's journey into design began at a young age, driven by his fascination with how things are put together and function. Initially uncertain about which creative path to pursue, a foundation course opened his eyes to various design disciplines, eventually leading him to his passion for Industrial Design. This pivotal discovery set the stage for his decision to specialise in this field.

While at Loughborough, George has worked on numerous projects, gaining valuable experience in Industrial Design, UX Design, and Environments Design. One of his most notable projects, "Infusion," imagines a future where healthcare is unaffordable and individuals must self-medicate using innovative technology. Inspired by diabetes devices like the Dexcom, George designed a wearable device for at-home health testing.

We look forward to the insights and fresh ideas George will bring to his projects during his time at Endpoint.
